3. What Data Can Be Removed? (And What Cannot)

Non-personal, anonymous data will not be removed, as it helps us improve our services without compromising your privacy. This includes:

• Non-identifiable traffic data (e.g., aggregated visit sources, device type percentages) used for website optimization.
• Data that has been fully anonymized (stripped of all identifiable information) and used for analytical purposes.

We implement strict security protocols throughout the data removal process to ensure your data is handled safely and securely, preventing unauthorized access or misuse:

6. Data Removal Processing Time & Details

6.1 Processing Timeline

• Identity Verification: We will verify your identity within 1-2 business days of receiving your request. If additional information is needed, we will contact you via your registered email.
• Data Removal: Once your identity is verified, we will initiate the data removal process immediately. All eligible personal data will be completely deleted or anonymized within 7 business days (in full compliance with global data protection laws).
• Confirmation: We will send you a formal confirmation email once the data removal process is completed, detailing what data was removed.

6.2 Google Services Data Handling (Post-Removal)

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics for website optimization and advertising purposes. Please note that data handled by these third-party services is managed separately, and our data removal request does not automatically affect Google's data collection. Here is how to manage this:

• Google Ads: We only share non-personal browsing data (e.g., page views, click behaviors, IP addresses, device information) with Google Ads to display relevant, self-growth focused ads. No personal identity information is shared directly with Google. You can manage your ad preferences via Google Ads Settings or opt out by installing the Google Ads Opt-Out Plug-In.
• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to analyze traffic data (e.g., IP addresses, visit sources) to optimize our services. This data is not linked to your personal identity. To limit or stop this data collection, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On. We require Google to fully comply with all applicable data protection standards.

6.3 Exceptions to Data Removal
