1. Preface and Scope of Application

1.1 Purpose of These Terms

These Terms are formulated to regulate the relationship between this Platform and users in the process of using the Platform's services, clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, protect the legitimate rights and interests of this Platform and users, and ensure the orderly operation of the Platform's services. These Terms shall serve as the basic agreement between this Platform and all users, and all additional rules, notices, and announcements issued by this Platform from time to time shall be an integral part of these Terms.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users who access, browse, register, or use any services provided by this Platform, including but not limited to registered users, unregistered visitors, and users who use the Platform's free test and related content services. This includes users accessing the Platform through any terminal device (such as computers, mobile phones, tablets, and other intelligent devices) and any access method (such as browsers, dedicated clients, and third-party links).

1.3 Modification of These Terms

This Platform reserves the right to modify, supplement, or update these Terms at any time in accordance with changes in service content, technological iterations, or operational needs. The revised Terms will be publicly posted on the prominent position of this Platform's homepage. If you continue to use the Platform's services after the revision takes effect, it shall be deemed that you have fully understood and accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you shall stop using the Platform's services immediately.

2. Core Definitions

• User: Refers to any natural person who accesses, browses, registers, or uses the services provided by this Platform, including registered users and unregistered visitors.
• Registered User: Refers to a user who completes the registration process in accordance with the Platform's requirements, provides true and valid information, and obtains a unique account and password to use the Platform's services.
• Platform Services: Refers to all services provided by this Platform from time to time, including but not limited to free tests, content sharing, personal center management, and other related value-added services.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Refers to all content independently created and released by users on this Platform, including but not limited to comments, articles, pictures, videos, game strategies, and creative works related to puzzles and free tests.
• Intellectual Property: Refers to all intellectual property rights related to this Platform and its services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other exclusive rights.

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 User Eligibility

You warrant that you are a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct and have the right to conclude and perform these Terms. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must use the Platform's services under the guidance and consent of your parents or other legal guardians, and your parents or legal guardians shall be responsible for your actions on the Platform.

You further warrant that you have not been prohibited by any relevant regulations from using network services or accessing this Platform, and that you will not use the Platform's services for any illegal or improper purposes.

3.2 Account Registration

To use some of the Platform's services (such as content release and test record saving), you need to register an account on this Platform. When registering, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information (including but not limited to email address, username, and password) in accordance with the Platform's prompts, and update the relevant information in a timely manner when there is any change.

You shall be solely responsible for the security of your account and password, and shall not disclose your account information to any third party. All operations conducted under your account (including but not limited to content release, game operation, and preference setting) shall be deemed as your own actions, and you shall bear all corresponding responsibilities.

3.3 Account Management

This Platform has the right to review your account information. If it is found that the information you provided is false, incomplete, or misleading, this Platform has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse to provide you with relevant services. You may apply to cancel your account at any time in accordance with the Platform's specified procedures. After account cancellation, all data and content related to your account (except for anonymized data) will be deleted in accordance with relevant rules.

4. User Obligations and Code of Conduct

4.1 Basic Obligations

When using the Platform's services, you shall abide by these Terms, relevant global norms, and public order and good customs, and shall not engage in any behavior that harms the interests of this Platform, other users, or third parties.

• You shall properly keep your account and password, and promptly notify this Platform and take corresponding measures if you find any unauthorized use of your account or other security risks.
• You shall use the Platform's services in a legitimate and standardized manner, and shall not use the Platform to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, defamation, infringement of privacy, and dissemination of illegal information.
• You shall respect the legitimate rights and interests of other users, and shall not insult, slander, or harass other users, or infringe on the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of other users.

4.2 Prohibited Behaviors

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors when using the Platform's services. If you violate the following provisions, this Platform has the right to take measures such as warning, restricting account functions, suspending account, or terminating account, and you shall bear all corresponding consequences:

• Using technical means to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to hacking, tampering with Platform data, and using plug-ins or cheats to obtain improper benefits in free tests.
• Publishing or disseminating any illegal, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or harmful information that violates public order and good customs.
• Impersonating the Platform, other users, or relevant institutions to engage in fraudulent activities.
• Stealing, leaking, or selling the account information, personal information, or content of other users.
• Engaging in any behavior that may affect the security and stability of the Platform or damage the interests of the Platform and other users.
• Other behaviors that violate these Terms or relevant norms.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

5.1 Intellectual Property Ownership of the Platform

All content and materials on this Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, icons, software programs, puzzle game designs, quiz questions, and interface layouts, are owned by this Platform or its authorized licensors and are protected by relevant intellectual property laws and norms. Without the prior written authorization of this Platform or the relevant licensors, you shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, adapt, display, or commercially use any of the above content in any form, nor shall you use technical means to steal or damage the Platform's data structure or content.

5.2 Protection of User-Generated Content (UGC) Intellectual Property

You retain the ownership of the original UGC you create and release on this Platform. However, by releasing UGC on this Platform, you irrevocably grant this Platform a free, perpetual, global, and non-exclusive license to use, edit, display, reproduce, and promote such UGC in connection with the Platform's services. This license shall remain valid even after you cancel your account.

You warrant that the UGC you release does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If any third party claims rights due to your UGC, you shall bear all responsibilities (including but not limited to compensation, legal fees) and shall indemnify this Platform against any losses caused thereby.

5.3 Intellectual Property Infringement Handling

This Platform attaches great importance to intellectual property protection and has established a complete intellectual property protection mechanism. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint to this Platform in accordance with the specified procedures, and provide relevant evidence. This Platform will promptly investigate and handle the complaint and take corresponding measures (such as removing the infringing content) in accordance with relevant rules.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC) Management

6.1 UGC Release Rules

When releasing UGC on this Platform, you shall abide by the following rules, and this Platform has the right to review, edit, or delete your UGC without prior notice if it violates the following rules:

• The UGC shall be true, legitimate, and in line with public order and good customs, and shall not contain any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• The UGC shall not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and reputation rights.
• The UGC shall be related to the Platform's service scope (such as free tests and related content), and shall not contain irrelevant advertising, spam, or other content.
• You shall not release the same or similar UGC repeatedly, nor shall you use UGC to engage in any improper promotion or other behaviors that interfere with the Platform's order.

6.2 UGC Responsibility

You shall be solely responsible for the UGC you release. Any disputes, claims, or losses arising from your UGC shall be borne by you alone, and this Platform shall not be liable for any such disputes, claims, or losses. If your UGC causes losses to this Platform or other users, you shall compensate for such losses in full.

8. Platform Services and Obligations

8.1 Provision of Services

This Platform will make every effort to provide you with stable, safe, and high-quality services in accordance with these Terms and the current service standards. This Platform reserves the right to adjust the service content, functions, and scope from time to time according to operational needs, technological upgrades, or other reasons, and will notify you through the Platform's announcement or other appropriate means.

8.2 Platform Obligations

• To protect the security and stability of the Platform's services, and take reasonable technical and administrative measures to prevent the Platform from being attacked, tampered with, or damaged.
• To review and manage the content on the Platform in accordance with relevant rules, and promptly remove illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• To provide users with necessary technical support and consultation services for the use of the Platform's services.
• To abide by the relevant rules on personal information protection and properly protect users' personal information.

8.3 Limitations on Service Provision

This Platform will not be liable for any service interruption, delay, or failure caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, network outages, and government regulations), third-party service failures, or your own network problems. This Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of part or all of the services in case of system maintenance, technical upgrades, or other necessary circumstances, and will notify you in advance as much as possible.

9. Service Change, Suspension, and Termination

9.1 Service Change

This Platform may modify, upgrade, or adjust the content, functions, and charging standards of the services according to operational needs, technological development, or other reasons. If the service change involves your core rights and interests, this Platform will notify you in advance, and you may choose to continue using the services or stop using the services. If you continue to use the services after the change, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the changed services.

9.2 Service Suspension

This Platform may suspend the provision of services to you in the following circumstances, and will resume the services as soon as possible after the problem is resolved:

• System maintenance, technical upgrades, or other necessary technical operations.
• Force majeure, network failures, or other reasons beyond the control of this Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms, and this Platform needs to suspend the service to conduct investigation and handling.
• Other circumstances that require service suspension as stipulated by this Platform.

9.3 Service Termination

The service may be terminated in the following circumstances:

• You voluntarily cancel your account and terminate the use of the Platform's services.
• You seriously violate these Terms, and this Platform terminates the service for you in accordance with the provisions.
• You are a minor, and your parents or legal guardians request to terminate the service.
• This Platform terminates the provision of all or part of the services due to operational adjustments, bankruptcy, or other reasons.
• Other circumstances that may lead to service termination in accordance with relevant rules.

After the service is terminated, this Platform will stop providing you with all services, and will delete your personal information (except for anonymized data and data that needs to be retained in accordance with relevant rules) in a timely manner. You shall bear all losses caused by the termination of the service due to your own reasons.

10. Service Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by relevant rules, this Platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by your own operational errors, account disclosure, or improper use of the Platform's services.
• Losses caused by service interruption, delay, or failure due to force majeure, network problems, third-party service failures, or other reasons beyond the control of this Platform.
• Losses caused by the authenticity, accuracy, or applicability of the content (including UGC) on the Platform.
• Losses caused by your violation of these Terms or relevant rules, or infringement of the rights and interests of third parties.
• Losses caused by the use of third-party services or content linked to the Platform (this Platform is not responsible for the content and services of third parties).
• Other losses that are not caused by the intentional or gross negligence of this Platform.

This Platform makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the service content, but does not guarantee that the service content is free from errors or omissions, and does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted provision of services.
